We've put our hearts and hands into renovating this little one-bedroom home in Exeter in the heart of Tulare County, with the antique district and sweet restaurants, and more.

This is the perfect place to host a small and intimate gathering. The 1200 square foot space boasts new hardwood floors in the 500 square foot studio with a big & airy feeling throughout, a beautiful back deck, and barn. We are currently offering the space for small gatherings and media & photoshoots.
